A local Perth business is looking to expand their growing team and requires two part time Farm Show Assistants to showcase to visitors the processes and skills required to assist with the preparation and running of a successful farm show. The positions on offer are part time permanent positions located in the City of Perth. The successful applicant will need to be familiar with the handling/feeding of livestock as well as attending to their needs and wellbeing. Other duties are to periodically maintain infrastructure, equipment and props necessary for the smooth operation of the Show. Carnamah (WA) Farm Machinery Operator Family orientated man required to work on a large farming property at Carnamah. Carnamah is a small vibrant town only 3hours north of Perth with a good range of sporting activities with a school catering up to Year 12. The job requires a person with enthusiasm, good communication skills, ability to work as part of a team during the peak periods, sound mechanical knowledge, H.R. truck license ( M.C. an advantage ) and some sheep handling ability. The property is primarily grain growing with a self-replacing merino sheep flock. All the equipment is of a high standard with the latest technology gradually being introduced. The property is Q.A. and any training necessary will be provided. A 4-bedroom air-conditioned house that is provided is situated on the property only 10 kms from Carnamah.
