Fee Structure and Guarantee

Professional Agricultural Recruitment that is simple, clear and cost effective.

Seasonal Placement Fee
$660.00 (inc GST) Current as at July 2008

Guaranteed replacement for a period of one month, if found to be unsatisfactory for any reason.

After Initial Placement (with exception of Sponsorship)...

  • First Return Placement Fee
    75% of seasonal placement fee.
  • Second Return Placement Fee
    50 % of seasonal placement fee.
  • Third Return Placement Fee
    25% of seasonal placement fee.

Permanent Placement Fee
6.6% of annual gross salary

Guaranteed replacement for a period of three months, if found to be unsatisfactory for any reason.

  • Placement fee of $1100.00 (incl GST) to be charged on commencement of employment. Balance of permanent fee to be charged after trial period.

All fees are current as of this date but may be adjusted without reference.
