Rural Safe

Occupational Health and Safety

Rural Enterprises have been involved with Occupational Health and Safety issues for a long time as part of the rural and recruitment scene.

Rural Enterprises and its subsidiary, Rural Safe has made a substantial commitment to a more effective method to facilitate the process of inducting farm employees. The aim is to underline the obligations to both the employer and employee in matters of Duty of Care, Workplace Safety and Farm Hazards in particular. The use of widely available and easy to use technology to initially, induct the new employee, will simplify the process whilst not compromising the importance of the induction process and will clearly reinforce the health and safety obligations and practices.

The latest version is "on-line" using database technology to record all details of the induction. more...
