How Does it Work?

HTS works with you to find job-ready Job Seekers based on your business needs.  We will ascertain what your seasonal requirements are (such as duties and responsibilities, skills required, approx start and finish dates etc.  We will market, attract, screen and shortlist Job Seekers based on your business needs.  Job Seekers will be briefed on the expectations of the job, hours, physicality etc. and we will conduct visa checks to ensure backpackers and overseas students have work rights.  We can then either arrange the Job Seeker’s commencement on your behalf, or send their application to you directly to make those arrangements.
