About the role:

• Lead and coordinate full-time and seasonal team members;
• Oversee and participate in seasonal programs;
• Assist Farm Manager with weekly planning and communication with head office;
• Step into key decision-making role with the  Farm Manager.

About you:

• Farming background essential;
• Experience with broadacre machinery and spraying;
• Mechanically capable and practical;
• Keen to learn and apply initiative;
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team;
• Proven capability leading others, planning daily work, and maintaining a steady team culture;
• Strong communication and people skills;
