Our client, a family-run cropping enterprise in the WA Goldfields region, is seeking a motivated General Farm Hand to join their friendly and capable team. With a significant cropping program and modern machinery, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a supportive, well-run operation.

About the Role:

• Machinery operation across cropping program;
• General machinery maintenance and servicing;
• Truck driving and transport duties;
• Monday to Friday, 45 hour working week;
• Extended hours during seeding and harvest periods.

About You:

• HR licence essential (MC an advantage);
• Some prior farming experience preferred;
• Aptitude for machinery operation and maintenance;
• Positive, team-focused and eager to learn;
• Willing to commit to longer hours during peak times.
