Our client, a long-standing family-run operation in the Munglinup region, is looking for a General Farm Hand to join their close-knit and expanding team. With a large cropping program that’s only getting bigger, this role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ experience who’s ready to hit the ground running. About The Role:

  • Full-time, permanent position starting anytime between now and September;
  • General farm hand duties across seeding, harvest and spraying;
  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in broadacre cropping;
  • Spraying experience desirable;
  • HC licence a bonus but not required;
  • Use of modern, well-maintained machinery;
  • Standard 40 hours/week; additional seasonal hours during peak times; all hours paid.

About You:

  • Team player who values honesty and communication;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in broadacre cropping;
  • Willing to ask questions and learn;
  • Reliable and takes ownership of work;
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity with career growth.

What’s On Offer:

  • $35/hour depending on experience, every hour paid;
  • Typically 40 hours/week, plus extra during peak times;
