Yes – Rural Enterprises interview and conduct reference check(s) before they’re listed on Featured Candidates. Once they are approved by Rural Enterprises, at that stage they are eligible to apply for roles advertised on our website.

No – you have full control.  You’ll have visibility on all job seekers who have applied for your role and you decide who to contact.

Simply click “Unsuccessful” against the applicant’s name and we’ll notify them on your behalf.

Yes – you can browse our curated list and, if you have a live advert, we’ll reach out to any job seekers you are interested in and invite them to apply for your role, free of charge. If they apply for your role, it’s at that point you will have visibility of their contact details, resume and reference(s).

Absolutely. Your details remain private with job applicants until you choose to reach out to them.

No – each Advertise a Job package covers one role only. If you have multiple roles, please contact us to discuss the best approach.

No – there are no returning seasonal fees under this model.

That’s great news – and there’s no additional cost if a seasonal worker transitions to a permanent role.

No – permanent roles offer a different service. You can register your permanent vacancy here.
