It’s a streamlined, more affordable way to connect with quality seasonal workers. Rural Enterprises manages your job advertising, reviews applications and provides recruiter insights, references and work verification support.  You will only receive applications from vetted job seekers, and you only pay once you have secured a worker!

  • Listing live for 14 days, extendable in 14 day increments by request until you have filled your role that season
  • Access to recruiter-reviewed job applicants (ie, those who have applied for your role), including contact details, resume, experience, reference(s) and recruiter notes and insights on each applicant

  • Complimentary VEVO check (work rights verification) once you hire
  • See someone on Featured Candidates that hasn’t applied for your role? We will invite them to apply – just let us know who!

Yes – Rural Enterprises interviews and conducts reference checks before promoting job seekers on Featured Candidates. Approved job seekers are then eligible to apply for seasonal opportunities.  Employers receive recruiter notes and insights , references and additional information to help assess suitability. 

You remain in full control of hiring decisions.  We provide recruiter notes, references and candidate insights to help inform your decision, however you choose which applicants to contact and ultimately hire.

Simply click “Unsuccessful” against the applicant’s name and we’ll notify them on your behalf.

Yes.  You can browse our Featured Candidates and, if you have a live advert, we’ll reach out to any suitable candidates and invite them to apply for your role at no additional cost.

Yes.  Your contact details remain private and are not visible to job seekers unless you choose to contact them.

There is no upfront cost to advertise your seasonal role.  Once a candidate accepts your offer, a placement fee of $695 plus GST  applies per hire.

Yes, where the positions are substantially similar. If you are recruiting for different types of roles, we recommend submitting separate vacancies so we can accurately represent each opportunity.

Should a seasonal worker originally introduced by Rural Enterprises return to your business in a future season, a return placement fee will apply.  Returning workers often provide significant value through their familiarity with your operation, reduced onboarding requirements and proven suitability for the role. 

Seasonal recruitment is intended for short-term seasonal employment.  

Should you wish to offer a seasonal worker a permanent role, we offer a reduced permanent conversion fee. Please contact us prior to confirming any ongoing offer so we can outline the applicable structure.
