Skilled in all aspects of planting, spraying, harvesting, irrigation, and logistics, with extensive experience on John Deere and CLAAS tractors, Ausplow and Equalizer planters, and modern combines and sprayers. Manages a team of 12 and is responsible for daily planning, staff supervision. Fit, healthy, non-smoker, and practical with day-to-day machinery repairs.
