About the Role:
- Full-time, permanent role;
- Operate all cropping machinery competently;
- Participate in seeding, spraying, harvest, and general operations;
- 10-hour days, 5 days per week, and up to 14 hour days, 6 days per week in peak season;
- Reporting into a supportive leadership structure (management, full time staff, and casuals during peak periods);
- Positions exist due to workforce expansion.
About You:
- Minimum 1 year experience operating farm machinery;
- Familiar with GPS technology and modern machinery;
- HR+ licence preferred (minimum WA driver’s licence required);
- Committed to a long-term farming career;
- Strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and self-motivated;
- Embraces responsibility with potential to grow into a leadership role;
- Non-smoker;
- Physically fit.
