As Operations Manager, you’ll take charge of daily operations across a large, expanding broadacre enterprise. You’ll coordinate and implement year-round tasks, including seeding, spraying, and harvest. You’ll lead a team of operators and seasonal staff, foster a culture of safety and efficiency, and report into a supportive management structure.

About You:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in broadacre cropping, and machinery operation;
- Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with GPS technology and modern equipment;
- Confident leader with practical problem-solving skills;
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to long-term farming career;
- HR licence preferred (minimum WA driver’s licence required);
- Physically fit, non-smoker, and comfortable living in a rural community.
