As Operations Manager, you’ll take charge of daily operations across a large, expanding broadacre enterprise. You’ll coordinate and implement year-round tasks, including seeding, spraying, and harvest. You’ll lead a team of operators and seasonal staff, foster a culture of safety and efficiency, and report into a supportive management structure.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and participate in all cropping activities;
• Operate, maintain, and repair farm machinery and equipment;
• Lead, support, and coordinate staff and contractors;
• Collaborate on agronomic programs and implement best practice;
• Ensure timely, safe, and efficient completion of all seasonal operations;
• Contribute to long-term succession planning and business growth.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in broadacre cropping, and machinery operation;
• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with GPS technology and modern equipment;
• Confident leader with practical problem-solving skills;
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to long-term farming career;
• HR licence preferred (minimum WA driver’s licence required);
• Physically fit, non-smoker, and comfortable living in a rural community.
