Job Description
General Farm Hand is required for a mixed cropping and livestock farm located near Newdegate. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong machinery skills, mechanical aptitude, and hands‑on farming experience to join a long‑established family farming business undergoing expansion.
You’ll be joining a supportive team of four on a 6,500Ha property with 5,000Ha cropping, sheep, and cattle breeders.
The role covers a broad range of duties including machinery operation, mechanical work, livestock support (when required), and general farm duties. The farm operates a well‑maintained fleet of modern machinery including Fendt tractors, John Deere harvesters, Agrifac sprayers.

- Capable machinery operator with broadacre experience
- Ability to work independently and show initiative;
- Strong mechanical aptitude;
- HR licence required (MC preferred);
- Practical common sense and problem‑solving ability;
- Willing to contribute across cropping and livestock tasks;
- Non‑smoker (required).
