Job Description

Permanent Farm Hand / Operator role on a well‑run 11,000ha broadacre property near Mingenew. This is a young, well‑structured team with modern machinery, family‑suitable accommodation, and hourly rate around $40/hr depending on experience.

About the Role:

• Broadacre operations across an 11,000ha program;
• Header and seeder operation;
• Spraying tasks;
• Routine machinery upkeep and general farm duties;
• Role suits someone confident working independently, following instructions accurately, and fitting into a young, active team.

 
About You:

• 2+ years broadacre experience;
• Must have broad acre spraying experience;
• Those with a mechanical background will be highly regarded;
• Confident operating modern machinery;
• Mechanical aptitude for basic servicing and troubleshooting;
• Clear communicator who contributes well to a team;
• Willing and able to work extended hours during peak seasons;
• Advantageous experience:
  
  • Road ranger gearbox familiarity
  • HR/MC licence or willingness to upgrade
