About the role:

  • Run seeding/harvest machinery and daily servicing;

  • Support/guide seasonal staff during peak periods;
  • Keep owners informed; execute to plan (agronomy/programming set by owners);
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting;
  • Occasional truck driving at seeding and harvest (HR/HC)

About you:

  • Broadacre experience (seeding & harvest) with strong machine skills;
  • Boom spraying competence (or clear pathway to autonomy);
  • Practical mechanical aptitude; safety‑first mindset;
  • Communicative, low‑ego, reliable; works well solo and with owners;
  • Licences: C essential (HR/HC/MC highly regarded).

What’s on offer:

  • Attractive hourly rate + super, and incentives;
  • Six weeks paid leave each year;
  • 3×1 house in town ;
  • Work vehicle provided;
  • Genuine autonomy and a respectful, supportive team culture.
