This permanent full-time role is based on a mixed farming operation near Bindoon, WA, with cropping as the primary enterprise. The successful applicant will be responsible for spraying operations across approximately 1,800 hectares, along with general farm duties throughout the year.

The position works closely with the on-site Manager as part of a small team and involves operating well-maintained machinery across spraying, seeding support, and general property work. Livestock duties will also be required at times, including involvement with sheep and cattle as needed.

This role is suited to someone practical, mechanically minded, and capable of working independently during busy periods.

About the Role:

• Operate a trailed sprayer to carry out spraying operations across the cropping program;
• Tractor and machinery operation as required;
• Support livestock work with cattle and sheep as required;
• General workshop and property duties.

About You:

• Previous spraying experience preferred (training considered for the right person);
• Mechanically aware with good machinery care habits;
• Physically fit and capable of long days in peak seasons;
• Holds a current driver’s licence;
• Comfortable working independently and within a small team.
