A fourth generation farmer, with hands on experience across cropping, spraying, harvest operations, as well as proven leadership and management capability developed both on farm and off farm. Friendly, articulate, with excellent communication skills and a calm, practical approach. Open to mixed farming, machinery focused roles, larger dairy operations with a cropping component, or viticulture adjacent roles where skills are transferable, provided the overall package is viable for a family.
