Has worked across Australia and internationally in senior advisory &and operational roles, leading teams, managing complex projects and coordinating people, processes and resources. While not a traditional farmhand or machinery operator by background, has practical on‑farm exposure through projects and farming networks and is keen to be hands‑on within an agricultural operation.
