He is seeking either a mixed or 100% cropping enterprises with clear expectations, strong compliance standards and well maintained machinery. Prefers coastal Western Australia however will consider all areas with access to secondary schooling. He brings extensive broadacre experience including long term farm management on wheat and sheep enterprises, where he worked closely with the owners and managed seeding, spraying and harvest programs. He has particularly strong mechanical and maintenance capability, across modern tractors, headers, sprayers and seeding equipment and has spraying and extensive MC experience. He is hands on, technically capable, and values honest communication, structured management and high operational standards.
