Job Description:
A progressive, family-run cropping enterprise is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Farm Hand to join their team.
This role offers a diverse mix of responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on truck driving and logistics across grain and fertiliser operations during peak periods, while supporting general farm duties throughout the year.

About the Role:
- Carting grain to local receival sites and on-farm storage;
- Transporting fertiliser and inputs;
- Managing daily logistics and delivery coordination;
- Assisting with seeding and spraying operations;
- Tractor and machinery operation;
- General farm duties including machinery and farm maintenance.
About You:
- Experience operating trucks (MC preferred or willingness to obtain);
- Background in broadacre farming or similar;
- Mechanically minded with good attention to detail;
- Able to work independently and within a small team;
- Strong work ethic and reliable communication.
