Our candidate is currently an Assistant Farm Manager on a large broadacre operation and is looking for a progressive employer where he can continue developing in precision ag, agronomy and farm management while remaining hands-on. Experienced across spraying, harvesting, seeding, machinery maintenance and staff supervision/training, he is particularly keen to keep learning and take on greater responsibility. His partner is also an experienced machinery operator with spraying, seeding, spreading, chaser bin and harvest experience, and ideally they would love to find an opportunity where they can work together. Geraldton is their strong preference, although they will consider the Perth-to-Geraldton corridor or elsewhere for the right opportunity. Current base $100K + OT. Available early to mid-January.
