21, Kiwi, motivated farm worker currently seeking a short‑ to medium‑term role to build further broadacre experience, particularly in seeding, spraying and baling with recent, hands‑on experience across agricultural contracting, dairy operations, and broadacre cropping support roles. Has been consistently employed in contracting and farm work over the past 12–18 months, operating a range of tractors and ground‑preparation equipment and supporting maize, silage, and dairy operations such as power harrowing, disking, rolling, drilling support, carting silage and maize, feeding out, and general farm duties. Previous broad acre cropping experience includes chaser bin work. Brings basic mechanical aptitude from an incomplete mechanical apprenticeship and on‑farm servicing experience.
