19, young and capable machinery operator seeking a farmhand role. Available to start immediately and seeking a role within approximately one to two hours of Perth. Holds a full manual licence, own vehicle. Currently working for a agricultural contracting and has developed solid experience across a range of machinery for his age, including GPS guided tractors, boom spraying and fertiliser spreading. Experience includes broadacre spraying programs, summer knockdown work, fertiliser and lime spreading, limited seeding exposure, silage and hay operations, fencing and general maintenance. Comfortable working with agricultural chemicals and demonstrates good numerical ability when calculating spray and spreading rates. Mechanically minded with a basic understanding of servicing, pre starts and day to day troubleshooting. Known for a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, with steady development across multiple machines under supervision. Works well in team environments.
