56, non smoker, NZ. Experienced farm manager with extensive cropping expertise in both NZ and Australia. Has managed arable operations up to 3000ha, leading teams, operating and maintaining large machinery (Steiger, NH, Axial Flow, Miller Nitro sprayer), and developing whole-farm cropping programmes alongside agronomists. Grew up on a sheep farm and has also overseen mixed enterprises with beef cattle, though his passion is 100% cropping and machinery. Mechanically minded and very particular about standards, he leads from the front. From NZ, currently harvesting in NSW, and seeking to relocate to Australia (prefers WA) for an Operations or Senior Cropping role. Looking to firm something up for a start early 2026.
