Job Description
A progressive broadacre cropping enterprise near Morawa is seeking a permanent General Farm Hand to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to operate a wide range of modern machinery and be part of a professional farming business offering stability, excellent equipment, and a supportive team culture.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of the farming calendar including seeding, spraying, harvesting, spreading, deep ripping, and seasonal maintenance/repairs. Broadacre machinery experience is required, while harvesting and spraying experience will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate large modern machinery safely and efficiently
- Carry out seasonal tasks including seeding, spraying, harvest, spreading, and deep ripping
- Undertake pre- and post-season servicing and repairs
- Work collaboratively within a small team environment
About You:
- Broadacre farming experience essential
- Harvesting and spraying experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to safely and confidently operate large machinery
- C Class manual driver’s licence required
- Practical, reliable, and team-oriented
What’s On Offer:
- $35/hr + superannuation

- Peak hours: 12-14hrs/day, 13-day fortnight
- Off-peak: 8hrs/day, 5 days/week, some weekend work
