Job Description

A family‑run mixed farming operation is seeking a General Farm Hand to join their small, supportive team.

You’ll work across all broadacre operations including seeding, harvest, spraying support, chaser bin, fencing and general farm duties. Some livestock work with 1,600 ewes is required, but prior experience is not essential. Modern machinery, good living conditions and long‑term stability on offer.

About the Role:

• Operating modern New Holland and CASE machinery;
• Airseeder, chaser bin & general broadacre machinery work;
• Harvest support;
• Sprayer support;
• Fencing, maintenance & general farm duties;
• Assisting with sheep work (1,600 ewes).

About You:

• Tractor experience (essential);
• Mechanical knowledge (essential);
• Livestock experience helpful but not required;
• Minimum C Class licence;
• HR licence desirable (client willing to help upgrade);
• Positive attitude, reliable and able to work alone or in a small team;
• Non‑smoker essential.
