This is a flexible, high-responsibility role with scope to shape the position around your strengths – whether you’re a qualified mechanic wanting to stay hands‑on, a capable operator with strong workshop skills, or someone who brings extra capability such as MC truck driving, spraying experience or earthworks.

You’ll work across seeding, harvest, spraying, machinery upkeep and general operations, supported by a strong family team and modern gear. Perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a professional, forward‑thinking farming business.

About the Role:

  • Operate modern CASE machinery across all broadacre operations;
  • Support workshop activities – servicing, pre-season prep, repairs;
  • Up to 3-4 months of focused mechanical work for qualified candidates;
  • Assist with spraying (experience a bonus, not essential);
  • Operate trucks (MC licence strongly preferred);
  • Contribute to earthworks, road building and in‑house construction;

About You:

  • Strong machinery operator with solid mechanical aptitude;
  • Strong mechanical experience desirable;
  • Comfortable working independently and within a family team;
  • MC licence preferred (or willing to obtain);
  • Spraying experience desirable;
  • Suit younger operators or young families looking for stability;
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, practical, proactive.
