About the Role:
- Lead and coordinate farm operations to ensure priorities are delivered safely, on time and within budget;
- Build and maintain high-trust, team culture;
- Train and mentor the team;
- Delegate daily duties and allocate labour/resources;
- Drive continuous improvement;
- Coordinate maintenance planning and workshop priorities;
- Report operational progress to owners;
- Operate machinery to a high standard as and when required.
About You:
- Experience in a similar leadership role in broadacre farming, or proven readiness to step up;
- Strong planning and reporting capability;
- Demonstrated leadership;
- Confident communicator;
- Mechanical aptitude;
- Strong commitment to safe work practices and leading by example
- Manual driver’s licence essential;
- Non-smoking.
