Job Description

Our client, a progressive broadacre mixed farming operation near Pingrup, WA, is seeking a full-time permanent Farm Hand to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to work on a very large-scale mixed property running 14,000 ha cropping, sheep and cattle. About the role:

• Permanent, full-time role – immediate start or 2026 start considered;
• Operate AGRIFAC sprayer, JD headers, Bourgault seeder;
• Involvement across cropping, spraying, livestock, and mechanical work;
• Mechanical repairs, welding, and general maintenance;
• Assist with sheep and cattle husbandry, fencing, and plant repair;
• MC truck driving during harvest highly valued.

About you:

• Mechanical skills and practical problem-solving ability;
• Spraying experience (AGRIFAC ideal);
• MC licence preferred;
• Previous broadacre farming experience;
• Team player, reliable, and happy to work across a variety of tasks;
• Non-smoker preferred.
