Job Description:
This position offers the opportunity to join a well‑established broadacre cropping business in a permanent, hands‑on role. Working within a small team, the successful candidate will be involved in all key stages of the cropping program, including seeding, spraying, fertiliser application and harvest.
The role is suited to an experienced farm hand who is confident operating modern machinery, takes pride in equipment care, and is looking for a long‑term position within a stable and practical farming operation.

About the Role:
- Operating modern GPS‑guided broadacre machinery across seeding, spraying, and harvest
- Assisting with daily and weekly work planning and communicating progress clearly;
- Carry out daily machinery checks, servicing and preventative maintenance;
- Support general farm and workshop duties;
- Supporting seasonal staff and contributing positively to team culture;
- Accurate record keeping using on‑farm systems;
- Work closely with a small dedicated team.
About You:
- Previous experience in broadacre cropping essential;
- Confident machinery operator with good mechanical awareness;
- Practical, reliable and safety‑focused;
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team;
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail;
- Driver’s licence required;
- Spraying experience highly regarded.
