Job Description:

Join a leading broadacre cropping enterprise with a strong future vision. Based 70km East of Geraldton, this family-focused business is expanding and now seeking skilled Machinery Operators to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a high-performing team and is seeking a long-term career in broadacre farming.

About the Role:

  • Full-time, permanent role;
  • Operate all cropping machinery competently;
  • Participate in seeding, spraying, harvest, and general operations;
  • Would suit those happy to be rewarded doing long hours 10-hour days, 5 days per week, and up to 14 hour days, 6 days per week in peak season;
  • Reporting into a supportive leadership structure (management, full time staff, and casuals during peak periods);
  • Positions exist due to workforce expansion.

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year experience operating farm machinery;
  • Familiar with GPS technology and modern machinery;
  • HR+ licence preferred (minimum WA driver’s licence required);
  • Thrives in a fast-paced farming environment;
  • Willing to work weekends when operational requirements demand;
  • Committed to a long-term farming career;
  • Strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and self-motivated;
  • Embraces responsibility with potential to grow into a leadership role;
  • Non-smoker;
  • Physically fit.
