A permanent Farm Hand position is available on a progressive broadacre cropping operation located in Western Australia’s Great Southern region.
Joining an established team, you will be involved in machinery operation, machinery maintenance, workshop duties and a variety of general farm activities throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career within a modern cropping business using well-maintained equipment and technology.
The business operates a large-scale wheat, barley and canola program and offers a supportive team environment with long-term career opportunities for the right person.

About The Role:
• Machinery operation, maintenance and servicing;
• General farm duties and workshop duties;
• Assist with seeding, spraying and harvest;
• Work within farm safety and OHS procedures;
• Work as part of a professional farming team.

About You:
• Previous broadacre farming experience essential;
• Spraying experience preferred;
• Good communication skills;
• Team-oriented attitude;
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety;
• Reliable and motivated;
• Current C Class driver’s licence.
