Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Spray Operator to join their progressive cropping and contracting business 2 hours from Perth, WA.
This is not an entry-level spraying position. The successful candidate will take responsibility for broadacre contract spraying operations while working directly with customers and becoming a key member of a small, high-performing team.
The role offers excellent earning potential, quality accommodation and the opportunity to operate some of the latest spraying equipment available.

About the Role:

  • Broadacre contract spraying;
  • Working directly with contracting customers;
  • Seasonal truck driving;
  • Machinery operation;
  • General farm duties;
  • Machinery maintenance and servicing.

The business operates a large cropping program alongside a contracting enterprise and runs modern equipment throughout the operation.

About You:

  • Extensive self-propelled sprayer experience;
  • Strong agricultural chemical handling experience;
  • Good mechanical skills;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Honesty, integrity and common sense;
  • Preferred:
  • Chem Cert or equivalent
  • MC licence or willingness to obtain
  • Previous broadacre cropping experience
