Full Job Description:
A progressive family-run broadacre cropping enterprise near Bremer Bay, WA is seeking an experienced Farmhand / Machine Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The business operates approximately 6,000ha with around 5,700ha under crop, producing canola, wheat and barley. Working alongside the owners and a small team, the successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of the operation including spraying, spreading, seeding, harvesting, truck driving, machinery maintenance and general farm duties.
This position would suit an experienced operator who can work independently, take initiative and is confident operating modern machinery with minimal supervision. An MC licence is required, with previous spraying experience highly regarded.

About the Role:
- Permanent full-time position;
- Start date flexible;

About You:
- Previous broadacre cropping experience essential;
- Strong machinery operating skills;
- Previous spraying experience highly regarded;
- MC licence required;
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a small team;
- Mechanic, boilermaker or trade background highly regarded;
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision;
- Reliable and willing to take ownership of machinery and tasks;
- Non-smokers preferred.
