Job Description:

Our client operates a large and progressive broadacre cropping enterprise and is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor/Senior Farm Hand to help support continued business growth.

This newly created position is designed to sit between the Operations Manager and broader workforce, providing leadership, coordination and support across daily farm operations.

The successful applicant will play a hands-on role whilst also helping oversee staff, coordinate logistics and maintain operational standards across the business.

About the Role:

• Lead and mentor staff;

• 5+ years broadacre cropping experience;
• Proven leadership ability;
• Strong machinery skills;
