31, non-smoker, HC licence. Currently 2IC on a large cropping operation and is seeking similar 2IC or Assistant Manager. Willing to consider all locations in WA. With strong experience across large-scale cropping businesses, he brings a rare combination of operational leadership, machinery operation, fabrication and maintenance skills. Heavily involved in spray programs, harvest coordination, staff supervision and day-to-day farm management, while also being the go-to person for machinery repairs, welding, fabrication and preventative maintenance. Passionate about broadacre farming, he enjoys working with agronomists, leading crews and seeing cropping programs achieve strong results. Comfortable on headers, sprayers and tractors, he is equally at home in the workshop and the paddock. Available after harvest, he presents well, is highly practical and would suit a progressive cropping business looking for a hands-on leader with strong mechanical ability.
