General Farm Hand, Jerramungup WA (REF: 303467)

Located in the picturesque region of Jerramungup, our client is looking for a General Farm Hand to join their large-scale broadacre enterprise and the successful person must have sound broadacre machinery experience, have a passion for farming and be a team player.

About the Role:

• Reporting to the Farm Manager and/or Assistant Farm Manager
• Operating all broadacre machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Carry out other broadacre duties in a planned way, following work schedules, organising materials and equipment
• Machinery maintenance
• Workshop duties as required
• Follow all instructions given for working safely, identify and report hazards, incidents and injuries immediately to the manager
• Adhere to safe working practices, including wearing PPE and complying with the safe operation of equipment

About You:

• 2+ years broadacre experience
• Passion for farming
• Professionalism with high standards
• Interested in developing and growing your skills
• Team player
• Good communication
