A valued client who comes with great feedback from previously placed candidates requires an experienced general farm hand to join their team on a 12,000Ha cropping property located 100kms from Geraldton, Western Australia. This is a great opportunity to work for a wonderful family run farm, that’s prides itself on how well they treat their staff. Opportunity for progression to Senior Farm Hand/2IC for the right applicant.

About the Role:

• Operating broadacre machinery
• Undertaking farming activities including seeding, spraying, spreading, harvesting and general maintenance
• Machinery maintenance and servicing
• Fencing
• General farm hand duties

About you:

• Have a passion for broadacre cropping
• Experience operating broadacre machinery
• Minimum of c class drivers licence
• Able to work as part of a team; good communication skills
• Ability to work long hours during peak periods
• Mechanical experience and understanding would be desirable.
• Non smoker

• Accommodation: Brick living quarters, suitable for singles or couples. Power and water supplied.
