Machinery Operators, Jerramungup WA (REF: 523651)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for 2 Machinery Operators to join a large, 100% cropping enterprise located in the region of Jerramungup, 2 hours from Albany.  Our client is progressive and rapidly expanding and there is scope for career development.  The successful person must have sound broadacre machinery experience, have a passion for farming and be a team player.  If you have 2+ years broadacre experience and want to further your career and gain extensive knowledge, this is the right place for you!

About the Role:

• Operating all broadacre machinery - spreading, spraying, seeding, harvesting;
• Undertake machinery maintenance activities;
• General farm work when not operating;
• Adhere to safe working practices, including wearing PPE and complying with the safe operation of equipment.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in large broad acre machinery;
• Have an understanding of Ag World, GPS Guidance Systems and My John Deere;
• A passion for farming;
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism with high standards;
• Interested in developing and growing your skills;
• Team player with ability to work independently;
• Current unencumbered drivers licence; HR licensed minimum with MC highly desirable (or willing to obtain);
• ChemCert certification along with First Aid and Front End Loader tickets desirable (or willing to obtain);
• Non smokers preferred.

• Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience with potential bonus incentives;
