This is a mixed property cropping 7,000Ha with 4,000 sheep. The cropping consists of around 1,500Ha of export hay and runs modern John Deere and Claas equipment. Our client employs a team of casual staff during busy times.

About the Role:

• They are looking for one of the following: Assistant Farm Manager
• There is the ability to train for growth for the right candidate
• Machinery Operating -Tractors, mowers, balers, boomspray, header etc
• Stock Work
• Staff Supervision
• General Farm duties

About You:

• Minimum 3 years cropping/stock experience
• Previous experience operating a boom spray
• Mechanical skills
• Able to work towards deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure during busy cropping periods
• Eagerness to learn the role
• Must hold a HR license or higher
• Non-smoking preferred

Whats on offer:

• Salary: $40/hour depending on experience, skills and role negotiated
• Please note, for less experienced candidates - salary will start at award rates
• Accommodation: 3 x 1 house with aircon & an office - 30k from Narrogin
• Vehicle supplied
