About The Role:

• Machinery Operation; seeding, spraying, harvesting, spreading;
• Mechanical/Workshop skills; maintaining machinery and general repairs and workshop tasks;
• General Farm work as and when required;
• Opportunity for cattle work if desired (cattle are run on a separate property an hour away);
• Career development opportunity in expanding into a Senior Farm Hand role/2IC.

About You:

• Agricultural experience with seeding, spraying and harvesting operations and the associated machinery is essential;
• Must have a passion for the Agricultural industry; specifically, broadacre cropping;
• Ability to self-manage, show good initiative, with high attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Ability to work with others and contribute to a positive workplace and culture;
• HR driver’s license desirable;
• Non-smoker essential.

• Salary: $100,000+ dependent on experience and skills;
• Hours: 8-9 hour days, 5 days per week in off peak periods;
