Job Description:
A family-owned mixed farming enterprise in WA’s Great Southern region is seeking a Farm Hand to join their close-knit team. This permanent role offers a mix of livestock work, fencing, machinery operation and general farm duties, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in agriculture.

About the Role:

• Carry out day-to-day sheep husbandry and stock work;
• Fencing and general farm maintenance;
• Operate tractors, loaders and other farm machinery;
• Assist across cropping and livestock enterprises as required;
• Support seeding, harvest and general farm operations;
• Work as part of a small, experienced team.

About You:

• Some previous sheep experience preferred;
• Confident operating tractors and front-end loaders;
• Practical and hands-on approach to farm work;
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn;
• Able to work independently and within a team;
• Current driver’s licence required;
• Non-smoker preferred.
