This permanent opportunity is with one of Rural Enterprises’ valued long-term clients, a family farming business we’ve worked with for many years. They have an outstanding reputation for looking after their people, maintaining quality equipment and providing a supportive workplace where staff are respected and valued.

An opportunity exists for a General Farm Hand to join this long-established family farming business in the WA Wheatbelt. This progressive broadacre operation crops approximately 16,000 ha and utilises a modern fleet of CASE machinery.

Working alongside an experienced team, you will be involved in all aspects of the farming operation including machinery operation, maintenance and general property duties throughout the year.

About the Role:

  • Operate machinery during seeding, spraying, spreading and harvest;
  • Assist with machinery servicing and maintenance;
  • General property maintenance;
  • Work safely and efficiently within a team environment;
  • Longer hours during peak seasonal periods;

About You:

  • Good work ethic and positive attitude;
  • Reliable and self-motivated;
  • Experience in modern Agricultural;
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills;
  • Able to work extended hours during seasonal operations;
  • Manual driver’s licence required;
  • MC licence advantageous;
  • Broadacre spraying experience highly regarded.
