A fantastic opportunity has become available with one of Rural Enterprises’ highly regarded clients in the Esperance region.
This progressive broadacre cropping enterprise is seeking an experienced Senior Farm Hand to join their team and play a key role across all aspects of the cropping program.
Working with modern CASE machinery across a large-scale operation, the successful candidate will be involved in seeding, spraying, harvest, machinery maintenance and general farm duties while helping support seasonal staff during busy periods.

  About the Role:

  • Seeding, spraying and harvest operations;
  • Machinery operation and maintenance;

  About You:

  • Broadacre cropping experience preferred;
  • Competent machinery operator;
  • Strong mechanical aptitude;
  • Spraying experience highly desirable;
  • Team player with strong communication skills;
  • Motivated and capable of working independently;
  • Non-smoker preferred.
