Our client is a large-scale broadacre cropping business operating in WA’s Eastern Wheatbelt.
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Machinery Operator to join the team and take ownership of the spray program while also playing a key role across seeding and harvest operations.
Reporting directly to the Farm Manager, this is a genuine senior position within the business. The successful candidate will become a key member of a well-established team and will be trusted with significant responsibility across day-to-day farming operations.
This role would suit someone who enjoys operating modern equipment, takes pride in doing things properly and is looking for a long-term position where they can continue developing their skills and career.

About The Role:

• Primary spray operator;

About You:

• Minimum three years broadacre cropping experience preferred;
• AusChem certification highly regarded;
• MC licence highly regarded;
• Strong machinery operating skills;
• Experience with guidance systems and modern technology;
• Ability to calibrate and operate seeding equipment;
• Good communication skills and team attitude.

• Base remuneration approximately $80,000-$110,000 depending on experience;
